An individual session would be tailored to suit your needs and timeframe and could cover any of the following areas:

• Identifying your skills, experience, strengths and achievements
• Getting to know yourself better
• Deciding on your preferred working options e.g. part time, portfolio working, consultancy
• Looking at training and volunteering options
• Considering if self employment is for you?
• Identifying your learning and working styles
• How to effectively use your network
• Boosting your self esteem and confidence
• Practical tools like CV and letter writing, Interview skills

We offer a CV writing service. The cost of this service will depend on the amount of work required and can be discussed over the phone and by e-mail.

We also offer basic training on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher if you feel there is a gap in your knowledge which could be holding you back.

Cost and duration of sessions

A CV Writing or Career Coaching session lasts 2.5 hours and is £65, this includes pre work and a full CV review. Interview Skills and Preparation is 1.5 hours and is £40 a session. A blend of these times and services is available, please call to discuss your needs and we will tailor the session to suit you.
