Holistic Stress Management CHANGE WORKS UNLIMITED – THERAPY INFORMATION
A course of treatment, comprising a number of sessions, will be devised to suit the needs of the individual client. This will be done after the initial consultation. The number of sessions required will depend upon how long the client has had the problem, its complexity and their rate of progress during the course. Complex problems such as analysing and managing stress, dealing with deep rooted emotional problems or changing long established behaviours can require, on average 6 sessions, the first of which will need to be an extended session. A single session is 1 hour and an extended session is 1.5 hours. 2 hour sessions are also available and will be offered where the therapist feels additional value will be gained by the client. Alternatively, some people benefit greatly from being able to focus on one particular area or challenge in-depth as a one off and so an intensive 3 hour session is also available. A 2 hour blended session of Reiki and Holistic Stress Management is also available where both therapist and client feel it will enhance the treatment. Treatments are offered to complement, not replace, those provided and arranged by the client’s General Practitioner, who retains primary responsibility for their medical care at all times. Clients are encouraged to make their GP aware of any courses of treatments they undertake.

The therapy and sessions are covered by professional indemnity, malpractice and public liability insurance. Patient information is treated in strict confidence and client confidentially is assured.
ACCEPTANCE OF CLIENTS It should be noted that there may be occasions when the range of treatment offered at Change Works Unlimited is inappropriate for a client’s needs. Alternative sources of help would be recommended wherever possible. Clients cannot be seen when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
TERMINATING A COURSE OF TREATEMENT Both client and therapist have the right to terminate the course of treatment at any stage.

SESSION FEES
TELEPHONE SESSIONS Pre-booked telephone consultations £10 per 15 mins The cost of session materials, such as checklists, exercises etc is included in the session fee. The cost of other items that may be recommended to the client e.g. support aids, dietary supplements, support aids, books, publications activities etc is not covered.
PAYMENT Payment in full for each session must be made at the end of the session. Payments by cash or cheque – made payable to Clair Wavell are accepted. Credit and debit cards payments cannot be accepted.
CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS Early notice of cancellation by clients is appreciated. Clients will
be charged the full fee if they make a cancellation less than 24 hours
before the scheduled appointment, or without giving notice or fail
to attend an appointment.
